Children ages 6-12 are invited to play and learn at Rawls Museum Arts’ Summer Art Camp.

This year there are only 14 spots per session, and we expect them to go fast.

Cynthia Quesenberry is an award winning mixed media artist working in metals and ceramics. She is a popular Precious Metal Clay jewelry workshop instructor and elementary school Art Teacher. Her precious metal clay jewelry artwork is a celebration of the patterns, textures, and color found in the natural environment. Her children’s classes in Art celebrate the creativity in every student.
Cynthia is known for her ability to interpret a subject in a variety of styles and media choices; this being consistent with her creative personality. From her colorful detailed ceramic designs and her mixed media collages and multi-dimensional jewelry designs, Cynthia’s work has been represented in museums, gift shops, cultural arts centers and private collections throughout the U.S.
Cynthia has a Bachelor and Masters degrees in Art Education and is currently employed full time as an Art Teacher for Suffolk, VA Public Schools.
She is a member of the National Art Education Association, and the Alliance for Metal Clay Arts Worldwide (AMCAW).
